At Trinika by Meriam, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Every item is carefully inspected and quality-checked before packing to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. However, we understand that in rare cases, replacements may be necessary. Please review our policy below:
Returns:
We do not accept returns on any of our products. We kindly request you to review your order carefully and select the correct size using our Size Chart before making a purchase.
Replacements or Refund of damaged items:
Replacements are available only for items that arrive in a damaged condition. Since each product is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch, an uninterrupted opening video of the package must be shared with us to initiate a replacement request. If you receive a damaged product, please follow the steps mentioned to help us resolve the issue quickly.
1. Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Provide your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item.
2. Assessment: Our team will review your report and the provided evidence to assess the damage.
3. Replacement Approval: Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product. Please note that replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.
- Products that have been used or altered.

Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within eight days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item should also be in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at trinikabymeriam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return, opening video and photos of the damaged item.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item,and if it is eligible for return we will issue a store credit for the same or if you need refund the amount we will refund it to the original payment method
Exchanges
Currently we are not providing exchange for size or colour variants so we suggest you to check the size chart before placing an order
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, - Shipping costs are non-refundable.
